What we collect

If you fill in the quote form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide one, your city, the type of work you tick and the content of your message. That information is used to answer you and prepare your quote, and for nothing else.

The site also uses cookie-free audience measurement, operated by PmeWeb, which identifies no one and does not follow you from site to site: only aggregate counts are kept (page views, visits). Your IP address is processed momentarily for security, to prevent abuse, and is not retained.

How we use it

Your information is used only to answer your request and to keep the site working and secure. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with any third party for commercial purposes.

Our service providers

To provide this service we rely on trusted providers. Each processes your information only on our instructions, and some may be located outside Quebec.

• Cloudflare: site hosting, domain-name registrar, bot protection (Turnstile, which checks that a person is filling the form) and delivery of the email produced by the quote form.
• Google LLC: audience measurement (Google Analytics) and tag management (Google Tag Manager), only with your consent.
• CallTrackingMetrics: measurement of phone calls originating from the site, only with your consent.
• Tawk.to: live chat, only with your consent. What you write in the chat window, along with your name and email if you provide them, is processed and stored by this provider so that we can reply to you.
• PmeWeb: cookie-free audience measurement.

Cookies and trackers

This site uses cookies provided by Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), by CallTrackingMetrics and by Tawk.to. They are used to understand how the site is used, where visits and calls come from, and to operate the live-chat window. These third parties may process your information outside Quebec.

None of these cookies is placed before you have accepted: until you answer the banner, these tools are not loaded at all. You may change your mind at any time using the « Cookies » link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings. We ask again after six months.

The site also measures its own traffic with a PmeWeb tool that places no cookie and identifies nobody. That one runs whether you accept or not, because it collects no personal information.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted. You may ask us at any time to delete the information we hold about you.

Your rights

Under Quebec's Law 25, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, its correction or its deletion. To exercise those rights, or for any question, write to info@gestionrenosolution.com. We answer within 30 days.
